David A. “MaCoo” Micucci, 61, of Steubenville, Ohio died Wednesday, June 15, 2011 in Las Vegas with his lifetime mate, Joann, at his side. He was born in Steubenville on December 3, 1949 a son of the late Armando D. & Helen L. Grimm Micucci. He was retired from the US Navy and had worked as a computer analyst. David was an avid motorcyclist and former member of A.B.A.T.E. He was preceded in death by a brother Edward James Micucci in 1977. Surviving are two daughters Lisa & Sonya Micucci both of Sacramento, CA; three sisters Judy Foglietti, Tina (Ed) Chambers & Cassy (Nick) Pahides and mate Joann M. Hammond, whom he planned to wed in Las Vegas, all of Steubenville; and four granddaughters Eve, Hope, Tiffany & Mistie Lee. Friends may call at Shorac Funeral Home, 611 N. Fourth St., Steubenville on Thursday from 1 p.m. until time of services at 4 p.m. with Msgr. George Yontz officiating. Burial at Mt. Calvary Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the family, in care of the funeral home, to defray funeral expenses.
