Thinking of you today and every single day that I breathe. So many changes, but the one thing that has not changed is how much miss you and love you. To hear your voice and hear you laugh once more would be so sweet. I hope we will meet again and this sadness will end. Love you Dave.

I remember the love we all shared on Christmas Eve with the kids. I sureiss you baby brother. I don't know why you had to leave so soon. COVID stole you before your time here was finished.. I hate COVID it took a huge chunk of my heart and our family when it took you. Im so sorry that we could not come to the hospital and be with you and hold your hand. I begged the doctors. You are so heavy on my mind Dave. Easter is Sunday, and I know you'd be coming to my house for dinner. I would hardly wait for you to pull in the driveway and hear your happy voice coming up the back steps. You would yell down in the mancave for Mac and you two would tease laugh, then, you'd sit in the kitchen while I cooked and we'd talk and laugh. Man, I miss those times. The kids hardly waited to see their Uncle Dave because they loved you so. I treasure all of our holidays. Happy Easter to you dear brother and Mom and Dad too. Kisses and hugs to all 3 of you. I love you. Bon

Davey was the most kind hearted, loving, fun, uplifting friend I've ever had. He never had a negative vibe about him. His smile n his big hugs could brighten up my worse day. I could write a book about how amazing Davey was. I'm so thankful he answered the phone n I got to talk to him in the hospital, brief as it was that Friday... I got to tell him I loved him that one last time. Goodbye my Godsent friend... I will miss you always n forever.

Reading through these sentiments there are two things that stand out, I Agee with everyone that every time I saw Dave he would light up the mood with his smile. I graduated with Dave and Mark and spent many hours with them both. Dave was always kind and willing to share his expertise or just lend a hand. It's sad to loose him in today's world. For us we should all take a bit of that light, joy, and giving heart that Dave showed us and reach out to someone who we see that lacks it in Dave's honor. This Bible verse comes to mind which describes Dave's every day kindness and goodness:James 1:17"Whatever is good and perfect is a gift coming down to us from God our Father, who created all the lights in the heavens. He never changes or casts a shifting shadow."Dave never cast a shadow when I was with him! May the seed of goodness, kindness, and Love that Dave displayed to us all spread through our families and community. God Speed Dave you are missed!

Too many to share but each one a beautiful memory. How you made me laugh walking into the casino! You were quick witted and could light up a room with smiles, laughter, and love. Forever in my heart baby brother. I'm picturing with your pups on the ground and them jumping all over you and kidding your sweet face. Rest but have light and laughter every day. No more hurting buddy boy! Breathe and ride brother...
