Obituary For Dave A. Carter

Dave A. Carter, 80, of Steubenville, Ohio passed away on December 11, 2020 at Lancia Villa Royale. David was born on February 14, 1940 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Dave was a proud US Navy veteran who loved listening to jazz and oldies music.

Dave was preceded in death by his wife Mary Carter and daughter Davene Carter. He is survived by two daughters, Jeanette Barreto and Delberta Carter; seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
