Dana D. Lewis, 54, of Naples, Florida formerly of Wintersville, OH passed away peacefully with a brain aneurysm on Sunday, January 16, 2011 at Tampa General Hospital. She was born in Davenport, IA on November 15, 1956. She was an Oncology Account Specialist with Otsuka America Pharmaceutical Inc. and a registered nurse. Dana was protestant by faith, active in steeple chase and scuba diving. Graduate of Wintersville High School class of 1975 and Massillon City Hospital School of Nursing. Preceding her in death was her father Dr. Duray Lewis on January 17, 2000 and her brother Cole G. Lewis died May 2, 1997. Dana is survived by her mother Donna Cole Lewis of Wintersville; two brothers Scott Lewis and Dr. Mark (Lee) Lewis both of Wintersville, OH; sister Lysanne (Charles) Eroshevich of Bradenton, FL; nephews Ryan Lewis of Wintersville, OH, Christopher Lewis of Pittsburgh, PA, Brandon, Brett and Brian Lewis all of Wintersville, OH; niece Lauren Lewis of Wintersville, OH; great nephews Cole and Kyle Lewis. Friends may call at Dunlope-Shorac Funeral Home, 215 Fernwood Rd., Wintersville on Thursday from 10:30 a.m. until the time of service at 12:30 p.m. with Rev. Randy Sells officiating. Burial at Hopewell Cemetery
