D. Jean Saho, 91 of Wintersville, Ohio died Thursday, January 25, 2018 at Gables Care Center. She was born May 2, 1926 in Steubenville, Ohio a daughter of the late Miladin & Milica Milosevich Chuich. She was a member of Holy Resurrection Serbian Orthodox Church and served as president of American Legion Post 557 Auxiliary. Jean retired as a cook for Indian Creek Schools, National Tea Co. and Loblaw’s. Preceding Jean in death were her husband Eugene Saho; six brothers Mele, Melvin, Rade, Robert, Nick & George Chuich and five sisters Laura Chuich, Mary Rusinovich, Kathryn Davis, Stella Shaw & Mildred Potkrajac.
Jean is survived by her daughter Carol (Dan) Yaich and grandson Daniel S. (Jaime) Yaich.
No visitation. Private services were held at Dunlope-Shorac Funeral Home with Very Rev. Rade Merick officiating and burial followed at Fort Steuben.
