I was saddened to learn of Cynthia's passing this week. I have a strong feeling that everyone who crossed her path in a given day was uplifted by interacting with her. We had just begun working for Cynthia as her financial advisor 12 years ago when my wife and I welcomed our first child into the world. Cynthia made a beautiful blanket for us which my now 11 year old son still uses to this day. Each time we would talk she was always sure to first ask about how my family was and always requested I send along some pictures... the point of which is to say that in my 18 years of working with clients there are few who seem so genuinely interested in how we and those we are about are doing. I am so thankful to have had the pleasure of knowing her and working on her behalf. May her loved ones and all who knew her and now celebrate her life, find comfort in knowing that heaven gained a great one this past week and use her life as an example of how we should care for one another.

I want to extend my deepest sympathies to all of my cousins and their children on the loss of their dear mother, my godmother, Cynthia. She was a very special lady. I'll never forget all of the times I went to the farm to visit and all the times she came to our house to celebrate my dad's birthdays. She will be greatly missed.

My deep condolences to Cynthia's family. I worked with her in nursing at St. John Medical Center which then became Trinity. She was very kind and never spoke ill of anyone. She loved her husband and sons very much. She was a good woman. May she rest in the peace of Christ.
