Craig L. Bucy, 65, of Wintersville, Ohio passed away at his residence on Friday, May 3, 2024. He was born in Steubenville on January 4, 1959 the son of the late Harry & Shirley Cooper Bucy. He was retired from the heating/refrigeration department at Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel Corp. Craig held memberships with Local 1190, Jefferson County Sportsmans Club, Weirton Marina Boat Club and The Van Club. He was an avid NASCAR fan.
Craig is survived by his wife Renee L. Tyrpin Bucy; sisters Lynn (Keith) Taliani & Jody Bucy; nephews Jason (Jackie) Taliani & Todd (Brandi) Taliani; five great nieces & nephews; father-in-law Jerry & Charlene Tyrpin and mother-in-law Barbara & Dan Tate.
The family wishes to thank Amedisys Hospice, caregiver Stacy Bowman and special niece Lori White for their compassionate care.
Friends may call at Dunlope-Shorac Funeral Home, 215 Fernwood Road, Wintersville on Tuesday from 10 a.m. – Noon. Private services and burial at Fort Steuben.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Amedisys Hospice, 52171 National Road East, Suite 1, St. Clairsville, OH 43950
