Cheryl B. Porter-Brown of Richmond, Ohio died Wednesday, October 26, 2005 at her residence. She was born in Canton, Ohio, a daughter of the late Richard and Wanda Woods Wright. She was a graduate of Aultman School of Nursing in Canton. Cheryl was the office manager at Wintersville Veterinary Hospital. Cheryl is survived by her husband Dr. David L. Brown; daughter Brittany Porter at home; sister Lisa (Daniel) Waldeck of Cleveland Heights; and father-in-law and mother-in-law Arthur and Carolyn Newburn Brown of Bloomingdale. At Cheryl’s request, services and burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations to an animal rescue shelter of the donor’s choice is encouraged.
