Charles W. Cutshaver, 90 of East Springfield, OH died Thursday, July 31, 2014 at Bolger Country Club Manor. He was born in Bellaire, OH on July 21, 1923 a son of the late Joseph John and Clara Louise Ward Cutshaver. Charles was retired from Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel as a craneman. He served in the U.S. Army during WWII and was a member of Wintersville Church of Christ and East Springfield Senior Citizens. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife Agnes M. Davis Cutshaver; brothers Wilbur and Harry Cutshaver and his grandson Bobby Jordan. Charles is survived by his children Charlotte (Raymond) Congdon of Columbus, OH, Sandra Clifton and Judy (Wilbur) Keller both of East Springfield, OH, Charles J. Cutshaver of Bloomingdale, OH, Mark (Joni) Cutshaver of Toledo, OH and Michael W. Cutshaver of Wheeling, WV; sister Geraldine Gobel of Jerusalem, OH; 13 Grandchildren, 16 Great Grandchildren and 6 Great Great Grandchildren. There will be no visitation. Memorial services will be held at Dunlope-Shorac Funeral Home, 215 Fernwood Rd., Wintersville, OH on Saturday, August 2, 2014 at 2p.m. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to: American Diabetes Association.
