Charles E. “Chuck” Martin, 80 , of Steubenville, OH died Thursday, April 7, 2011 at Trinity West.  He was born in Steubenville on May 4, 1930 a son of the late William E. and Mary Price Martin.  Chuck was a retired laborer and preceded in death by his brothers Dwayne, William and Alfred Martin.  Survived by his sister; Shirley Hicks; brothers Robert and Richard Martin all of Steubenville; several nieces and nephews.  Friends may call at Shorac Funeral Home (formerly McClave’s), 611 N. 4th Street on Monday, April11, 2011 from 1p.m. until time of service 3p.m. with Rev. Jerry Ernst officiating.  Burial at Union Cemetery, Steubenville.
