Charles D. Martin, Sr. 63 of Wintersville, Ohio died Sunday, November 16, 2003 at his home of natural causes. He was born in Wellsburg, WV on June 25, 1940 a son of the late Peter W. Martin, Sr. He was a member of Masonic Lodge #45 F&AM, Scottish Rite Valley of Steubenville, York Rite, Steubenville Shrine Club, and American Legion Post #557, Wintersville. He was retired from International Mill Service as a heavy equipment mechanic. He is survived by his wife Vickie Kimberland Martin, son Charles D. Martin, Jr. of Cadiz, OH, daughters Christina Shore of Steubenville, Trina Carder of Wintersville and Nikki (Phil) Graham of Cincinnati, OH, son John Martin and daughter Rebecca (Lee) DeCesare, both of Wintersville, son Matthew Martin of Weirton, WV, mother Jane Carbasho Martin and brother Peter W. Martin, Jr. both of Colliers, WV, sister Joan Martin of Fairfax, VA, and six grandchildren. Friends may call at Dunlope-Shorac Funeral Home, 215 Fernwood Road, Wintersville 7-9 p.m. Monday and Tuesday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m., where services will be held Wednesday at 10 a.m. Entombment at Highland Hills Memorial Gardens.
