Charles C. Leonard, 89, of Steubenville, Ohio passed away on Sunday, August 11, 2024 at Sienna Woods. He was born in Philadelphia, PA a son of the late Charles C. & Marie O’Brien Leonard, Sr. He was retired from Boron Oil/BP having operated gas stations in Weirton, WV. Preceding Charles in death were his two wives, Betty Langer Leonard & Linda Stephens Leonard; son-in-law Bruce Gamrod and three siblings.
Charles is survived by his four children Betty Ann Gamrod, Ron “Jake” Leonard, Dave (Mary Sue) Leonard & Karen (Chris) Moore; five grandchildren Katie Moore, Erin (Matt) Melbert, Stacy (Artie) Rodriguez, Carl Leonard & David (Michelle) Francis; six great grandchildren Nina (Ryan) Lazear, Andrew Melbert, Cory & Nicholas Leonard, Trevor & Gracie Francis; great great grandson Royce Lazear; and sister Bernadette Kozeniewski.
