  Carol (Eddy) Caputo

  I am writing this on my fathers behalf (Tom Eddy) Cecil was a kind and generous man who plowed my mom and dads driveway in the winter. He just did it out of the goodness of his heart and expected nothing in return. That shows the kind of person that he was and a person that everyone would like to have as a friend and neighbor.
