Cecelia Yuricic, 84, of Steubenville, Ohio died Saturday, March 6, 2010 at Presbyterian Hospital, Pittsburgh, PA. She was born January 6, 1926 in Steubenville a daughter of the late Sam C. & Anna Godich Winovich. She was a member of Finley U.M. Church; Senior Friends & Morris Shiltz Circle. Cecelia was a retired telephone operator from Ohio Bell & St. John Medical Center. Preceding Cecelia in death were her son Michael Yuricic on June 7, 2005 and sister Dorothy “Dottie” Winovich.She is survived by her husband Sam M. Yuricic; daughter Karen (Joseph) Felix of Steubenville; son David (Patricia) Yuricic of Columbus; daughter-in-law Linda R. Yuricic of Steubenville; ten grandchildren Jim Felix, Heidi (Steven) Skiff, Gena (Ricardo) Ortega, Michelle Yuricic, Joey (Martha) Felix, Kathy Felix, Melissa Yuricic, Ann Felix, Andrew Yuricic, & Matthew Yuricic; three great grandchildren Lilliana Ortega, Rylie Skiff & Clara Katie-Jane Felix; and sister Violet (Seabe) Recchie of Steubenville. Friends may call at Dunlope-Shorac Funeral Home in Wintersville on Tuesday 5-8 p.m. and on Wednesday from 11 a.m. until the time of services at 1 p.m. in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Jerry Ernst officiating.Burial at Fort Steuben.In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorials be directed to Finley Church -or- Jefferson County Christian School.
