Please accept my deepest sympathy. I taught in the Steubenville City Schools and will always remember Ceil as such a pleasant lady. She was so dedicated to her job and so nice to talk with on the phone. May God bless all of you at this difficult time.

Doug and family, Please accept my deepest sympathies on the passing of your beloved Mother and Wife. By the time I was aware of the news, the funeral had passed. I am sorry that I was not there with you Doug. I have wonderful memories of Mrs. Heale as a young boy growing up with Doug. She was always kind and generous, just a wonderful person. May all the blessed memories she left with us all be eternal... Tony Mougianis
