Catherine Monigold 91 of Richmond, OH died Saturday, August 7, 2004 at Dixon Health Care Center, Wintersville. She was born in Martins Ferry, OH on September 24, 1912 a daughter of the late Steve and Katherine Molnar Fuzy. She was preceded in death by her husband of 73 years Harry B. Monigold, who passed away on January 5, 2004. They were married July 28, 1930 in Wellsburg, WV, a son Gerald “Jerry” Monigold in 1990, daughter Betty Baker in 2003, sister Ann Gulan, brother Steve Fuzy. Catherine is survived by three sons Harry Monigold and his wife Ethel of Toronto, OH, George “Bud” Monigold of Arizona and John (Helen) Monigold of California, two daughters Patricia DeCesare of Wintersville and Kathleen “Cookie” Fellows of Richmond, daughter-in-law Dolores “Doe” Monigold of Steubenville, brother John (Olga) Fuzy of Wintersville, two sisters Frances (Jim) Montgomery and Helen Vadjinia of Steubenville, sister-in-law Irene Fuzy of Wintersville, 13 grandchildren Charles “Chuck” Baker, Gary Baker, Bonnie Baker, John Monigold, Debbie Faylor, Mark DeCesare, Kevin Decesare, Pam Carmichael, Sharon Wargo, Jill Hoover, Cathie Franzen, Todd Monigold and Theresa Hilditch, 6 great grandchildren Misty Jackson, Logan and Jessica Faylor, Chelsie Carmichael, Justen Harry Wargo and Shasta Monigold, 2 step-great grandchildren Joel Hilditch and Derek Wargo. Friends may call at Dunlope-Shorac Funeral Home, 215 Fernwood Rd., Wintersville on Monday 2-4 and 7-9p.m., where funeral services will be held on Tuesday at 11a.m. Burial at Fort Steuben Burial Estates, Wintersville, OH.
