Carl E. Penner, Jr., 62, of Mingo Junction, OH formerly of Steubenvill died Tuesday, January 25, 2011 at his residence. He was born in Steubenville on January 29, 1948 a son of the late Carl E. and Evelyn Penner, Sr. Carl was retired from Weirton Steel. He was a US Army veteran of Vietnam, member of P.N.A., International Steel Workers Union and former member of Moose Lodge 619. Survived by his son Carl E. “Eddie” (Loria Ann) Penner III of Canal Winchester, OH; brothers Martin (Yolanda) Penner and Timothy (Kay) Penner both of Arizona, Bill Haines of Colorado and John (Tammy) Haines of Mingo Junction; sisters Susan (Jack) Hinkle and Kathy Hess both of California and Debbie (Nick) Wells of Bloomingdale, OH; granddaughters Ally Juliann and Hayley Faye Penner; several nieces and nephews.
