Brian John Andrews 23 of Wintersville, OH died Friday, June 14, 2002 in the ER at Trinity West, Steubenville, OH. He was born in Steubenville, Ohio on September 20, 1978 and was employed as a carpenter for Fort Steuben Maintenance in Steubenville. Brian was a member of Starkdale U.P. Church; Jefferson County Sportsmans Club and a 1996 graduate of Indian Creek High School. Surviving are his mother and father Sharon A. Visyak (Kevin) Petrilla of Wintersville; his biological father Patrick W. Andrews of Wintersville; one brother Patrick P.J. (Tracy) Andrews of Ardmore, OK; two sisters Jennifer (Allen) Brake of Wintersville and Terri (John) Rothacker of Steubenville; special friend Robin Randolph of Wintersville; maternal grandparents Paul and Dolores Visyak of Wintersville and George and Kay Pappas of Orlando, FL; great Uncle Bob and Aunt Mow Olexia of Mingo Junction; three nieces and one nephew. Brian was preceeded in death by his paternal grandparents Alexander and Mary Elizabeth Andrews.
