I was blessed to have met Brad Petrella,Larry and I moved to wintersville, ohio from a job transfer and we were fortunate to have found a home beside the Petrells's.Brad became a member of our family .When i needed a friend he was always there, if i asked him for advice he gave it to me straight up,so if any one knows what a good person Brad was, Larry and I do. Mr.P with a home cooked meal from Roses"s in his hand made a tired working girl very happy at the end of the day with his kindness.I wish there was more Brad's in this world but if you truley knew Mr.P you must know there will never be another one.He had such a good heart and a kindred spirit and if you didn't know this about him , you didn't know him at all. He was there, not only for us for any one that needed his help , he gave from his heart and asked for nothing in return that was the way he was.and the way he lives his life giving not taking. A broken hot water tank, a lawn needing mowed,,car needing repairs what ever the occasion was he there willing to help .A generous, kind, caring and loving person he was that, and more, with him he takes a part of our heart a void that no other can fill except Mr.P. You will be missed my friend Larry&Annie Maynard Fleeming Island,Fl

Dear Aunt Rose, Nancy John and Brad, It was with a great sense of loss when I heard of Uncle Brads death. My heart is saddened. Brad was more than a wonderful person he was a kind and generous man who embraced and certainly enjoyed life. He loved and cared about his family; appreciated his friends and I know you will all miss him terribly. In fact his passing will leave a void in the hearts of all those who knew him. When I read the note from the neighbor, it brought me a smile because I immediately thought they truly knew and portrayed him well. He was a sincere man who derived his greatest pleasure from helping and giving to others. Whenever you where in his presence or just had a chance meeting at the grocery store, he always managed to make you smile. I kept him in my prayers but sometime our intentions are not how our prayers are answered. He will always be with us; his spirit and good will remain a part of everyone he touched. Elida
