Bonita “Bunny” Gottesman, 86, of New York City, NY, died Thursday, April 12, 2018 at Danbury Senior Living Center, Columbus, Ohio. She was born October 3, 1931 in Steubenville a daughter of the late Michael & Evica Sipus Merrick. She was a 1948 graduate of SHS and NYU School of Interior Design. Bunny was preceded in death by her husband Robert; brother George Merrick & sister Sarah Medick.

Bunny is survived by her sister-in-law Annette Merrick of Galena, Ohio; nephews David Medick & Michael (Darcy) Merrick; niece Maria (Ryan) Harrington; and great nieces and nephews.

Private services were officiated by Rev. Rade Merick at Dunlope-Shorac Funeral Home and burial followed at Union Cemetery.
