Obituary For Billie Jo Turley
Billie Jo Turley, 59, of Wintersville, Ohio passed away on Wednesday, August 28, 2024 at Weirton Medical Center. She was born in Steubenville on September 4, 1964 a daughter of the late William B. Bianchini and the late Pearl R. Fithen Evans. Also preceding Billie Jo in death were her husband Ronald R. Turley and their only daughter Sheri Turley and grandson R.J. Turley.
Billie Jo is survived by her sisters Toby (Mark) Allietta, Tammy Peckins and Tracy (Raymond) Vincenzo.

My sister -n - law was the most generous and giving person! My heart hurts. Having to deal with the loss of her husband,only child and grandchild. I couldn't even imagine. I love you Billie Jo! No more pain, rest in peace

My Aunt Billie Jo would let me tag along when they would go swim. She taught me how to swim. She let me babysit Sheri Pearl, then eventually Sheri Pearl would babysit my son, Chris. Billie Jo taught me some dance moves from the 80's and she taught me bunches of other things as I was growing up. Rest easy, beautiful. It hurts you were taken away so young.
