Billie J. Creamer 54 of Wintersville died Monday, September 1, 2003 at U.P.M.C. Hospital, Pittsburgh, PA. He was born in Steubenville, OH on June 2, 1949 the son of the late James F. and Helen M. Lash Creamer. He was Methodist by faith. He is survived by his sister Dorothy Cook of Wintersville, nieces Karrie (Terry) Wedlake, Jessica and Taylor Wedlake, nephew Conner Wedlake all of Bergholz, OH, nephew George Cook of Wintersville, nieces Tosha Cook of Mingo Junction, OH and Kellcee Cook of Weirton, WV.
