Obituary For Beverly "Bev" Jukes

Beverly “Bev” Jukes, 79, of Steubenville, OH, died February 28, 2015 at Trinity West, after a long battle with heart and other medical complications. She was born May 10, 1935 in Follansbee, WV a daughter of the late William Brandt and Clara Monigold. Bev worked at Capri's as a cashier for 19 years until her retirement in 2011, sharing her love of friends, family, and community on many occasions. She also loved B I N G O, singing and playing music, and making people happy. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends. She is survived by two sons Troy and Albert; two daughters Debbie and Sandy; four grandchildren and two great grandchildren. To celebrate her wonderful spirit and joy, services will be held in May 2015, due to inclement weather, at Dunlope – Shorac Funeral Home in Wintersville, OH. Information will be provided at a later date.

    I am so sorry for your loss! Your family has my deepest sympathy! I only knew Bev from waiting on me at Capri's! She was so kind hearted & friendly. I always enjoyed talking to her. She will be deeply missed by many. I hope & pray that the family can find some comfort in the many special memories and in the thought of the happy years you shared.

    Bev was such a kind sweet lady. She will be missed. She was so proud of her children and grandchildren. Every time I ran into her she always talked so proudly of you all. You are all in my thought and prayers.

    I don't have the words to express how sorry we are. This is such a huge loss to our family. Aunt Bev was always a special part of our lives. Sandy, Debby, Troy, Albert our hearts go out to you. God has blessed us by allowing us to have her in our lives. You know she is in heaven singing Frankie Vallie songs. All of our love, Traci & Cindy.

    DEAR MOM TODAY WOULD HAVE BEEN YOUR 80TH BIRTHDAY& ON MOTHER'S DAY (" to boot "! ) as you would say .) I just wanted to tell you how much we LOVE AND MISS YOU MOM !!! You Are The Best Ever !!! Mom, the only thing that gives us any kind of comfort is knowing you are not suffering in pain anymore. It was so hard to watch you go through one thing after another , hoping & praying that this is going to be the one thing that makes you better so we can bring you home with us !!!We felt so helpless Mom !!!
