Betty M. Folger 89 of Steubenville, Ohio died Tuesday, December 10, 2002 at Country Club Manor. She was born in New Matamoras, Ohio on September 22, 1913 a daughter of the late Fred W. and Mary Polen Reinhart. Betty was a member of Calvary Fifth U.M. Church, Steubenville; United Methodist Women; New Matamoras Order of Eastern Star Chapter; Republican Womens Club of Jefferson County and worked the election board for many years. She was a salesperson at the former Cooper-Kline of Steubenville. Betty was preceded in death by her husband Howard M. Folger, whom she married on June 12, 1937, on August 25, 2000 and one sister Zelma Dye Campbell. Surviving are one son Tim R. (Debbie) Folger of Steubenville; one daughter Betty Gay (Richard) Charmoli of Grand Blanc, Michigan; two grandsons Rick Charmoli of Grand Blanc and Josh Folger, a student at Ohio State University; and two granddaughters Laura (Walter) Charmoli Field of Traverse City, Michigan and Dusti Folger, a student at University of Cincinnati, Ohio. Friends may call at Dunlope-Shorac Funeral Home, 215 Fernwood Road, Wintersville, Ohio on Friday evening 7-9 p.m.; where services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday with Rev. Richard Smith officiating. Burial at Fort Steuben Burial Estates, Wintersville, Ohio. Order of Eastern Star LaBelle Chapter 414 services 7:30 p.m. Friday.
