Betty L. Hibbits 67 of Wintersville, OH died Friday, January 24, 2003 at Harrison Community Hospital, Cadiz, OH. She was born in Steubenville on April 7, 1935 a daughter of the late John M. and Mary G. Irvin Hill, Sr. She was a member of Two Ridges Presbyterian Church, Wintersville and it’s Womens Association. She worked at the former Midway Golden Dawn Foods, Wintersville as a produce clerk. Preceded in death by a daughter Lisa Jane Hibbits, brother John M. Hill, Jr., sisters Rose “Sue” Hibbits and Nancy L, Mark. She is survived by her husband John E. Hibbits, son Brian (Janie) Hibbits of Weirton, WV, daughter Traci (Stanley) Yakemawiz of Wintersville, sisters Mary Jane Brown, Alice Brandt and Catherine Hill all of Wintersville, four grandchildren. Friends may call at Dunlope-Shorac, 215 Fernwood Rd., Wintersville on Monday 2-4 & 7-9, where services will be held on Tuesday at 10:00 A.M. with Rev. C. Robert Meyer officiating. Burial at Fort Steuben Burial Estates, Wintersville. Memorial contributions can be made to Two Ridges Presbyterian Church.
