Betty J. Paroske, 75, of Wintersville died Monday, December 24, 2007 at Trinity West. She was born in Scranton, Pennsylvania on February 13, 1932 a daughter of the late Walter and Nellie Amick Schroeder. Betty was a member of St. Joseph Byzantine Church in Toronto and was a retired secretary for Dr. R. Murty. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband C. William Paroske on December 8, 1999. She is survived by her sister Carol (husband Pete) Rocchio of Wintersville; nephew Robert W. (wife Tanya) Rocchio of Pataskala, OH; nieces Betty Jo Rocchio (husband Andrew Conkle) & Barbara Rocchio both of Columbus, OH and Margo (husband Dr. William) Emlich of Delaware, OH. Friends may call on Thursday from 10 a.m. until the time of services at 12:30 p.m. at Dunlope-Shorac Funeral Home, 215 Fernwood Road, Wintersville, OH with Rev. Fr. James Atkins officiating. Burial at Union Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Wintersville Volunteer Fire Dept.

I am so sorry for your lose. Betty was an amazing person. I admired and respected her immensly she had a heart of gold. She loved her family so much and loved to talk about all the babies. Betty is now with Bill and I'm sure she's happy again. She will miss all of you, but now you all have a guardian angel looking out for you. Betty was an angel here on earth she one of god's finest in heaven.
