Betty E. Carducci Georgiafandis, 99, of Carmichaels, PA formerly of Steubenville, Ohio passed away on November 21, 2024 at her daughter’s home surrounded by her family. Betty was born on June 28, 1925 in Unionport, Ohio a daughter of the late Finley & Lucy Gotshall Greer. Betty worked in sales for The Hub, Denmark’s and Treasure Island. She was a member of First Westminster Church in Steubenville.

Betty was preceded in death by her first husband James P. Carducci in 1970 after 28 years of marriage; second husband Stanley G. Georgiafandis in 2014 after 38 years of marriage; daughter & son-in-law Peggy & Richard DiMichelle; son and daughter-in-law James & Pam Carducci; two brothers Olen & Edward “Pete” Greer; two sisters Ruth Bodo & Mary Babinchak and great-granddaughter Alisha Crayne.

Betty is survived by her daughter with whom she resided, Patricia (William) Hopes; daughter-in-law Glenda Carducci; six grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; twenty-one great-great grandchildren; one great-great-great grandchild and several nieces & nephews.

Friends may call at Dunlope-Shorac Funeral Home, 215 Fernwood Road, Wintersville, Ohio on Monday from 4 – 7 p.m. Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 10 a.m. with Rev. Jason Elliott officiating. Burial at Union Cemetery.
