Bette M. Sealock, 82, of Steubenville, Ohio died Sunday at Palliative Care. She was born June 30, 1925 in Toronto, Ohio a daughter of the late Clement V. and Pearle Bair Cottrell. Bette was a retired telephone operator at Ohio Valley Hospital and a retired secretary from Dept. of Human Services. She was preceded in death by her son Kevin R. Sealock. Surviving are her son John W. (Cinde) Sealock of Wintersville; daughter Deborah K. (Howard) Minto of Steubenville; three grandchildren Bette Jo Youngkin, Cynthia B. Minto & William B. Sealock; three great grandchildren; sister Miriam V. (David) Heaton of Mingo; brothers Judge William V. (Julia) Cottrell of Omak, WA and Harold “Bob” Cottrell of Irondale. Per Bette’s request, services are strictly private.
