Bette Lou DeLelles, 86, of Steubenville passed away on Tuesday, March 24, 2020 at her residence. She was born in Steubenville a daughter of the late John J. and Mary E. Cicconetti Garay, Sr. She was a member of Triumph of the Cross (Holy Rosary) Catholic Church. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband William D. DeLelles; brothers Joseph, John, Jr., and Eugene “Butch” Garay and sister Anita Ritchie. Bette Lou is survived by her children Kristy (Mark) Seditz, William “Bill” (Paula) DeLelles, Kathy Jo (Rob) Barker, Beth Ann (Gary) Cercone and Megan (Andrew) Green; sister Dorothy DiAlbert; 19 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
