Bessie L. Martin, 93, of Glen St. Mary, FL, formerly of Wintersville, Ohio passed away on Thursday, April14, 2022 at her home with her family by her side. She was born in Steubenville on January 19, 1929 a daughter of the late Carl & Leona Johnson Call. She was a former member of Colonial Baptist Church. Preceding Bessie in death were husband Arthur “Bud” Martin; son James T. Martin; daughter Kathy L. Martin and brother Carl Call, Jr.

Bessie is survived by her daughter Tanna S. Blanchard; grandsons Charles R. (Nikki) Blanchard III & Thomas A. (late Cece) Blanchard; two great granddaughters Vanessa & Valerie Blanchard.

Friends are invited to attend services at Dunlope-Shorac Funeral Home on Thursday at 10 a.m. with Rev Randy Sells officiating. (No prior visitation) Burial at Fort Steuben.
