Bess Pankovich Simpson, 92, of Wintersville, Ohio passed away on Monday, April 26, 2021. She was born on August 8, 1928 in Steubenville, the daughter of the late Mele and Martha Borcic Pankovich. Bess taught business classes at West Virginia Northern Community College. She was a member of Holy Resurrection Serbian Orthodox Church; Sveta Petka Kolo and S.N.F. Steubenville Lodge 78. Bess was preceded in death by her brothers George and Milosh Pankovich.
Friends may call at Dunlope-Shorac Funeral Home, 215 Fernwood Road, Wintersville on Thursday from 11:30 a.m. until the time of services at 1 p.m. with Very Rev. Rajko Kosic officiating. Burial at Union Cemetery.
Memorials may be directed to Holy Resurrection Serbian Church.
