Bernice W. Kirkpatrick 93 of Steubenville died Monday, December 23, 2002 at her residence of natural causes. She was born in Tyler County, WV on March 1, 1909 a daughter of the late James W. and Delsia Haught Howard. She had been a member of Brentwood United Methodist Church, Wintersville and the United Methodist Women. She was preceded in death by husband William E. Kirkpatrick, all her children, son Richard Kirkpatrick, daughters Norma LaRue, Sara Stanley and Inna Mae Canestraro, 2 sisters and 2 brothers. She is survived by brothers Lawrence A. Howard of Sistersville, WV, John E. Howard of Paden City, WV, Glen Howard of Atlanta, GA, sisters Esther Farley of Marietta, OH, Bessie Grimes of Sistersville, WV, grandchildren Lynda Blackburn, David H. LaRue, Kent M. Kirkpatrick all of Wintersville, Richard W. (Karen) Kirkpatrick of Steubenville, Lori Woodbridge and Deborah Stanley of Mingo Junction, Robert Stanley of Austin, TX, Rhonda Krouse of Dublin, OH, Joseph Canestraro and Tracy Sherwood of Coral Gables, FL, 14 great grandchildren, 2 great great grandchildren. Friends may call at Dunlope-Shorac Funeral Home, 215 Fernwood Rd., Wintersville, OH on Thursday 2-4 and 7-9 P.M., where funeral services will be held on Friday at 10:00 A.M. with Rev.
