Bernard B. Hall 68 of Wintersville, Ohio died Saturday, August 24, 2002 at Montefiore Hospital, Pittsburgh, PA. He was born in Spencer, WV on March 19, 1934 a son of the late Peter B. and Retta Mae Brannon Hall. He was a member and deacon of Colonial Baptist Church in Wintersville. Bernard was the retired former owner of Hall General Contracting which he started in 1967. He was preceded in death by two sisters Ada Ruth Robinson and infant Retta May. Surviving are his wife Esther M. Zak Hall; four sons Raymond (Cindy) Hall of Follansbee, WV, Donald (Karen) Hall of Wintersville, Alan (Terri) Hall of Dillonvale, Ohio and Paul (Theresa) Hall of Richmond, Ohio; one daughter Sandra (Robert) Hilty of Richmond; one brother Bert F. Hall of Unionport, Ohio; three sisters Faye Bourgeois of Ripley, WV, Vay Mitchell of New Manchester, WV and Nina Kaplan of Columbus, Ohio; and 15 grandchildren. Friends may call at Dunlope-Shorac Funeral Home, 215 Fernwood Road, Wintersville on Monday 2-4 & 7-9 and on Tuesday from 9:30 a.m. until the time of services at 10 a.m. at Colonial Baptist Church with Rev. Randy Sells officiating. Burial at Fort Steuben Burial Estates, Wintersville. Memorials may be made to the Art Ryan Youth Center in care of Colonial Baptist Church.
