Dear Mrs. Taggart and Family, I was sorry to read about Mr. Taggart. I am Melvin and Hilda Kotur's daughter, Candy (Joan). We lived right up the street from you on Cleveland Avenue for many years. I will always remember Mr. Taggart as a good neighbor with a quick smile and wave. May he rest in peace. Prayers and best wishes to all of you.
