Barbara J. Ulasiewicz, 77, of Hilliard, Ohio died Friday, December 22, 2006 at Riverside Hospital, Columbus Ohio. She was born October 23, 1929 in Morgantown, WV a daughter of the late Oscar and Carin Kellen Peterson. Barbara was preceded in death by her husband John P. Ulasiewicz, Jr.; and brother Olaf Peterson. Surviving are three sons John A. Ulasiewicz of Pittsburgh, PA, Eric L. (Claudia) Ulasiewicz of Westerville, OH and Alan R. Ulasiewicz of Hilliard, OH; daughter Karin (James) Forristell of Shaker Heights, OH; seven grandchildren Brandon (Jennifer) Ulasiewicz of Ft. Lewis, WA, James Forristell of Memphis, TN, Julie (Jared) Zak of Cleveland Heights, OH, Mark Forristell of Bowling Green, OH, Michael Forristell, of Shaker Heights, OH, John R. Ulasiewicz of Hilliard, OH and Lauren Ulasiewicz of Hilliard, OH; three great grandchildren; and 2 step-grandchildren Rachael and Tyler Leben of Columbus, OH. Graveside services will be held Wednesday at 12 noon at Fort Steuben Burial Estates. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be directed to American Lung Association.
