Barbara E. Vinco, 82, of Wintersville, OH died Thursday, September 27, 2012 at Acuity Hospital, Steubenville. She was born in Dillonvale, OH on June 5, 1930 a daughter of the late Carl and Hazel Barcus Norris. She was a member of Starkdale Presbyterian Church. Barbara is survived by her husband Henry Vinco; sons Dan Vinco and Tony (Cindy) Vinco; sisters Patti (Greg) Zanes and Nancy Newton; grandsons Joel (Nicole) Vinco and Spencer (Megan) Vinco; great grandson Evan Vinco. Friends may call at Dunlope-Shorac Funeral Home, 215 Fernwood Rd., Wintersville, OH on Sunday from 1-4p.m. Funeral services will be held Monday, 11a.m. at Starkdale Presbyterian Church, with Rev. Dr. Philip Makari officiating. (Everyone please meet at church) Burial at Holly Memorial Gardens, Colerain, OH.
