Barbara Ann “Barb” DiBias, 68, of Steubenville, Ohio, died Monday, November 23, 2015 at Trinity West. She was born September 26, 1947 in Steubenville, Ohio the daughter of the late Andrew and Sophia Cybulski Socha Sr. Preceded in death by her husband Vincent Louis “Chook” DiBias, whom she married on September 27, 1969. Barb was devoted homemaker and attended First Westminster Presbyterian Church. She is survived by her children Victoria “Torrie” DiBias of Steubenville and Brian (Michelle) DiBias of Jacksonville, FL; three grandchildren Lila, Sophia and Alexander DiBias; step-mother Lucy Ferlise Socha of Wheeling, WV; brother Andrew (Nancy) Socha Jr. of NJ; sister-in-law Cheryl (Craig) Peyton of Wheeling, WV and many nieces and nephews. Friends may call at First Westminster Presbyterian Church, 235 N4th Street, Steubenville on Wednesday from 9 until the time of memorial service at 11 a.m. with Rev. Jason Elliott officiating. Memorial contributions may be directed to American Diabetes Association.
