Arthur Grumet, 82, of Weirton, WV died Sunday, January 22, 2006 at Kindred Hospital in Oakdale, PA. He was born July 1, 1923 in East Liverpool, Ohio the son of the late Samuel and Rose Recht Grumet. Arthur was the retired owner/operator of Grumet’s Market and Restaurant formerly located in Steubenville and a retired retail sales executive. He served in the Army Air Corps during WWII. Preceding Arthur in death were his wife Norma Febo Grumet; son Eric Grumet and sister Marcia Levin. Arthur is survived by his daughter Miriam G. (Jay) Zacharias of Pittsburgh; son Marc Grumet of Steubenville; grandson Samuel Grumet and daughter-in-law Alexandra Grumet both of Pittsburgh; three sisters Helen Stern and Marge Cohen both of Florida and Frances (Bob) Seekely of Cleveland, Ohio.
