Arthur “Ed” Edgar Conn, 71, Wintersville, OH passed away peacefully on Sunday, October 19, 2025, at Valley Hospice, surrounded by love and family.

He was preceded in death by his beloved wife Joann Conn (Shablack), his mother Betty Bowers (Francis), his father Arthur Raymond Conn Jr., and sister Cathy Weaver (Conn).

Ed is survived by his son E.J. Conn and daughter-in-law Dezarae of Bloomingdale, Ohio, and his cherished grandson Evan Conn, whose music and friendship brought Ed great joy. He also leaves behind many nieces and nephews.

For over two decades, Ed owned and operated Tuff-Kote Dinol in Steubenville, a business he devoted himself to from the early 70’s through the mid-90’s. He continued working in various roles until his retirement in 2018.

Friends may call at Dunlope-Shorac Funeral Home, 215 Fernwood Road, Wintersville, Ohio on Thursday from 3 pm until the time of services at 5 pm with Rev. Jason Elliott officiating.
