Armatha B. Furbay, 87, of Bloomingdale, Ohio died Saturday, May 10, 2008 at Valley Hospice North. She was born September 15, 1920 a daughter of the late Charles & Mary Orr Dayton, Sr. Preceding Armatha in death were her husband Wilbur L. Furbay; brothers Glen, Frank & Lonnie Dayton; and sister Vivian “Peggy” Lawson.Surviving are her son Roger (Tracy) Smith of Bloomingdale; two grandchildren Christopher & Shawna Smith; great grandson Jeremy Smith; and two brothers Charles (Betty) Dayton of Bloomingdale & Jewel (Shirley) Dayton of Smithfield.Friends may call at Dunlope-Shorac Funeral Home, Wintersville Tuesday 2-4 &7-9 p.m. where a service will be held Wednesday 10 a.m. with Rev. Hubert Granger officiating. Burial at Fort Steuben.
