Arley Ray Flinn, 82, of Wintersville passed away Wednesday, September 22, 2021 at his residence of natural causes. He was born in Steubenville, OH on November 15, 1938 a son of the
late Russell and Oleta Gould Flinn. Arley was retired from Wheeling Brake Lock from Bridgeport, OH as a truck driver. He loved his dogs and cats. In addition to his parents, he was
preceded in death by his brother Russell Flinn and sister Louise Robb. Arley is survived by his wife Judith Everhart Flinn and his son Charles Russell Flinn of Irondale, OH; grandchildren
Charles Russell Flinn and Oleta Flinn; and special friends Carl and Cheryl Francis of Wintersville, OH. Friends may call at Dunlope-Shorac Funeral Home, 215 Fernwood
Rd., Wintersville, OH on Friday, September 24, 2021 from 11 a.m. until time of funeral service at 1p.m. with Rev. Tim Block officiating. Burial at Union Cemetery. Ohio Valley Veterans
Memorial Squad will conduct graveside honors.
