Obituary For Anthony "Tony" Bosnjak

Anthony “Tony” Bosnjak, 90 of Steubenville died Wednesday, January 8, 2014 at the Carriage Inn of Steubenville.  He was born in Croatia on January 12, 1923 a son of the late George and Mary Klisanin Bosnjak.  Tony came from Croatia in 1961, was Catholic by faith and retired from Laborers Local # 809.  He is survived by sons; Nick Bosnjak of Weirton, WV and John Bosnjak of Bloomingdale; daughters Mary of Croatia, Anna and Vera both of Oceanside, CA; grandchildren Tanya (Chris) Freeman, Edward Marshall III, Nicholas (Crystal) Tharp and Erica Bosnjak; many great grandchildren.  In his unique way he touched everyone who knew him and he will be sadly missed by all his family and friends who loved him.   Friends may call at Shorac Funeral Home (formerly McClave’s) 611 N. 4th Street, Steubenville, OH on Monday, January 13, 2014 from 11a.m. until time of service at 1p.m. with Rev. Timothy Huffman officiating.  Entombment at Union Cemetery.
