Anthony J. Ragusa, 91, of Wintersville, OH died Tuesday, January 8, 2008 at Trinity West ER. He was born October 23, 1916 in Steubenville a son of the late Joseph and Joanne Faieta Ragusa. He was a member of Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church and retired from Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel after 32 years service as an electrical lineman. An avid bowler, Tony bowled several 300 games in his career. He was a WWII Army veteran. Preceding Tony in death were his sisters Rose DeRosa, Mary Butto & Louise Porco; and brother Charles “Chuck” Ross. Surviving are his wife of 57 years Nancy Marie Babusci Ragusa; children Ger (Raymond) McGill of Richmond, OH, Dr. Robert (Joan) Ragusa of Milford, OH, Cathy (Richard) Peacher of Chula Vista, CA and Ronald Ragusa of Wintersville; five grandchildren Candace Dixon of Gainesville, FL, Anthony Smith of Chula Vista, twins Ben & Michelle and Dominic Ragusa of Milford. Friends may call at Dunlope-Shorac Funeral Home on Friday 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. Funeral liturgy with mass 9:30 a.m. Saturday at Blessed Sacrament with Msgr. Gerald E. Calovini officiating. Burial at Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Vigil 3:45 p.m. Friday
