Annette L. McConnell, 62, of Bloomingdale, Ohio passed away on Sunday, June 15, 2025 at her residence of natural causes. She was born in Steubenville on December 22, 1962.
Annette is survived by her life partner Norman E. Taylor, Jr.; sons Richard J. (Victoria) McConnell & Ryan J. McConnell; parents James D. & Norma J. Stuck Ryan; and sister Kerri (Scott) Caldwell.
