Ann E. Morrison, 46, of Marietta, Ohio passed away on Monday, July 22, 2024. She was born on January 12, 1978 in London, Ohio. She is the daughter of Donald R. & Karen S. Baker Morrison. Ann is survived by her parents of Wintersville, Ohio; two brothers Matthew (Melissa) Morrison & Gerald Morrison; dear friend Erin, nieces Lynsey, McKenzie and Lucy, nephew Hank, and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends including her good friend, Amata Roberts and her daughter Kaley with whom she resided. Ann graduated from Steubenville High School in 1996. She was very active in the marching band, performing as a majorette, thrilling sold out crowds at Harding Stadium. She was also a 2000 graduate of Ohio University in Athens, Ohio. Ann worked many years in the food service industry at various locations, and had a strong passion for animals, rescuing her beloved Tommy Cat. Her love of gardening and flowers was always on display. Amata said, “she made her house a home.” Ann also loved the outdoors and good music with many of her friends who loved being with her because of her silly, big hearted, free spirit. Friends may call at Grace Lutheran Church, 2105 Sunset Blvd., Steubenville, Ohio on July 30 from 11:00 a.m. until the time of services at 12:00 with Rev. Michael Heckathorn officiating. I remember Ann at the ballfields when I was coaching Steubenville legion ball with her dad. The Morrison's are such a beautiful , fun loving family and I can only imagine the heartfelt sadness they are going through right now in these difficult times. My prayers to you all. God Bless.
