Ambrose G. Kakascik, 85 of West Lafayette, OH formerly of Mingo Jct., Ohio died Tuesday, March 5, 2002 at Louis Stokes VA Hospital, Brecksville, OH. He was born in Mingo Junction on July 18, 1918 a son of the late Albert P. and Mary Kondras Kakascik. He was a retired liquor inspector for the State of Ohio. US Navy veteran of WWII. Surviving are four sons Louis, Robert, Charles and William Kakascik and two brothers Daniel Kakascik of Mingo and Bert Kakascik of Reynoldsburg, Ohio. Private services were held at the convenience of the family.
