Alice L. Bougher, 85, of Steubenville, OH died Friday, March 22, 2013 at Life Line Hospital.  She was born in Steubenville, OH on August 27, 1927 the daughter of the late John M. and Helen McConnell Pratley.  In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Charles L. Bougher and a brother Frank Pratley.  Alice is survived by her daughter Sherilyn (Lewis) Townsend of Wintersville; brother Donald (Carolyn) Pratley of North Carolina; grandsons Adam (Laura) Townsend of San Clemente, CA and Noah Townsend of Wintersville.  Friends may call at Dunlope-Shorac Funeral Home, 215 Fernwood Rd., Wintersville, OH on Tuesday from 10a.m. until time of memorial services at 11a.m. with Rev.
