Alice E. Hill “Toots” Brandt, 64, of Wintersville, Ohio died Tuesday, November 22, 2005 at her residence. She was born in Steubenville on March 26, 1941 a daughter of the late John M. and Mary G. Irvin Hill, Sr. Preceding Toots in death were one brother John M. Hill, Jr. and three sisters Rose Ellen Hibbits, Betty Hibbits and Nancy Mark. Toots is survived by her husband Charles E. Brandt; two sons Matthew (Stacy) Brandt of Wintersville and Michael (Karen) Brandt of Boardman, Ohio; granddaughter Morgan Brandt; two sisters Mary Jane Brown and Catherine Florence Hill both of Wintersville; and several nieces and nephews. Friends may call at Dunlope-Shorac Funeral Home, 215 Fernwood Road, Wintersville on Friday from 10 a.m. until time of services at noon with Rev. David Sperry officiating. Burial at Fort Steuben.
