Alfred Paul Schwiger, 85, of Cadiz, Ohio, died Wednesday, July 29, 2015 at his residence of natural causes. He was born on June 7, 1930 in Barberton, OH, the son of the late John Fabry and Edith Schwiger. Paul retired from the U.S. Air Force with the rank of E4. He enjoyed woodworking, fishing and being outdoors. He is survived by his wife Shirley Dooley Schwiger at home; son David P. (Lola) Schwiger of Cadiz, OH; two daughters Ester Beckley of New Mexico and Tracy (Douglas “Wheat”) Wendling of Dundee, OH; half-sister Janet Painter of California; three granddaughters and three great granddaughters. Per Paul’s wishes services and burial will be private.
