Albert E. Plotts, 77, of Steubenville, OH passed away Friday, January 5, 2018 at Trinity West. He was born in Germano, OH on February 3, 1940 a son of the late William and Louise Plotts. He was retired from Lancia Nursing Homes and was a member of Church of God in Rayland, OH. He is survived by his wife Donna Stephenson Plotts; sons Albert Plotts of Wellsburg, WV and Bert Plotts of Unionport, OH; sister Susan Plotts and brother Frank Plotts. Services will be private.
